6%\uff0c\u6545\u5927\u91cf\u6d77\u5916\u7269\u696d\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u5c07\u5728\u65b0\u9805\u76ee\u63a8\u51fa\u5f8c\u7acb\u5373\u6436\u8cfc\u3002Rightmove\u7684\u79df\u91d1\u8ffd\u8e64\u5668\u4ea6\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u7684\u79df\u91d1\u6536\u5165\u589e\u9577\u4e86\u8d85\u904e12\uff05\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5177\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u8cc7\u672c\u6210\u9577\u6f5b\u529b<\/h2>\n<p>\u4ee5\u6a13\u50f9\u7a69\u5b9a\u4e0a\u6f32\u70ba\u6a19\u8a8c\uff0c\u904e\u53bb10\u5e74\u502b\u6566\u5e73\u5747\u8cc7\u672c\u6210\u9577\u7387\u8d85\u904e70%\u3002\u90e8\u5206\u53d7\u6b61\u8fce\u7684\u793e\u5340\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u6642\u671f\u5167\u7684\u589e\u9577\u7387\u4e5f\u8d85\u904e100\uff05\u3002\u57282023\u5e74\u6700\u5f8c\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u7684\u6301\u7e8c\u589e\u9577\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u523a\u6fc0\u5230\u90e8\u5206\u5229\u6f64\u8c50\u539a\u5730\u5340\u7684\u7269\u696d\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u8cb7\u623f\u51fa\u79df\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u9032\u5165\u502b\u6566\u7269\u696d\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u5229\u7528\u4e0d\u65b7\u589e\u9577\u7684\u79df\u8cc3\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u9577\u671f\u8cc7\u672c\u589e\u503c\u4f86\u6700\u5927\u5316\u56de\u5831\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6587\u5316\u6559\u80b2\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/h2>\n<p>\u502b\u6566\u88ab\u591a\u9593\u77e5\u540d\u96dc\u8a8c\u548c\u5546\u696d\u671f\u520a\u8a55\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u6700\u4f73\u5b78\u751f\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u5438\u5f15\u8d85\u904e10\u842c\u540d\u5b78\u751f\u4f86\u9019\u88e1\u5c31\u8b80\u9802\u5c16\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u502b\u6566\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b78\u9662 \u7b49\u77e5\u540d\u5b78\u5e9c\u3002\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u7559\u5b78\u751f\u4eba\u53e3\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u5c0d\u79df\u8cc3\u4f4f\u5bbf\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u5730\u5340\u7684\u79df\u91d1\u56de\u5831\u7387\u66f4\u9ad8\u90546\uff05\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
