Benham and Reeves’ UK board team visited Hong Kong in March, where they shared insights on the latest developments in the UK property market and to commemorate the company’s 30th anniversary in Hong Kong.

Anita Mehra – Managing director

With over 35 years of leadership, Anita has steered Benham & Reeves through consistent growth. Thanks to her, this real estate company grew from a small branch in Hampstead into an established and independent real estate firm. Under her expertise, Benham & Reeves positioned itself as a one-stop service platform, offering end-to-end support and assistance with property acquisition, handover, furnishing, renovation, letting and property management.

Marc von Grundherr – Director

Marc joined the company in 2001 and has been leading the leasing business and driving the firm’s expansion. He is a leading voice in the UK real estate market and is regularly invited to share his market expertise on well-regarded media platforms like BBC and Bloomberg.

We hosted a luxurious evening for our VIP clientele on March 21st — featuring a tasting journey of The Macallan whiskies. The three hand-chosen whiskies paired perfectly with indulgent canapés — each sip providing an unparalleled depth of flavour.

Our partner, London Square, presented their flagship property, Westminster Tower, at this event. Showcasing excellent design and quality, this landmark development’s preview gave our guests a deeper understanding of future living in the capital.

London Square property showcase & UK property market insights

On March 22nd and 23rd, Benham and Reeves Directors Anita Mehra and Marc von Grundherr discussed London’s property market’s latest insights and investment advice. This interaction was focused on giving overseas and domestic clientele an opportunity to understand the UK property market, highlighting London as one of the world’s safest and most lucrative property investment hubs.

We also showcased five handpicked off-plan projects from the London Square group. These developments are renowned for their stylish design, excellent quality and community-oriented approach and received a warm reception from attendees.
