How is my rent transferred to my Hong Kong bank account?

We collect the rent in London, deduct our fees and any approved maintenance costs, and transfer the rest straight to your HK bank account. We can send it via international transfer or work with your preferred currency specialist to make sure you get the best exchange rates.
