• We organise furnishing and renovation of a property to maximise the value of the property and the rental at a competitive price, and we are quick. With as minimal as 48 hours, our own interiors team can furnish a flat, and all are done in-house.
• We take every effort to find suitable long-term tenants. Apart from the standard checks, we have our own checks to ensure that our landlords are protected from non-paying tenants, illegal sublets and from falling foul of HMO regulations.
• To ensure we act swiftly and economically, we have 18 strong team of property managers in London, making sure that defects in our landlords’ properties are rectified quickly and hence keeping several hundred tenants happy at any one time.
• We have locally employed multi-lingual staff in China, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Malaysia, Middle East, Pakistan, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand and Turkey. We are ready to take care locally in their language in their time, our teams can liaise with London on your behalf.
• We have an excellent marketing team with dedicated web staff and in-house photographer. Instant response is our strength and we always have creative and trendy ways to market properties on different media platforms.
• We help to complete tax returns on landlords’ behalf.
