Both Makayla and Gloria in the Hong Kong team are very responsive in my requests on the letting and management issues. They are always up to speed which suit the expectation of the Hong Kong landlords who look for efficiency and reliability! Both ladies always stand ready to provide dedicated service to me. I have no hesitation in recommending Benham and Reeves to anyone looking for a reliable letting and management agent for their properties in London.

My thankfulness for Gloria. She is attentive and helpful. We would not be able to complete the purchase without her help. We will definitely recommend her as an agent for UK property.

I’d like to thank Ms Gloria Chow, staff of Benham & Reeves HK for her patience and kindness. She has introduced a very convenient and pleasant apartment to us. It suits our needs well. She has been very helpful since the first day by answering my questions and easing my doubts on the matter. I’m grateful to have met her as if she’s one of the angels in my life.

I have no experience purchasing property in UK.  I am full of nervous as I cannot travel to UK during Covid.  Luckily I met Gloria Chow in Hong Kong.  She is so attentive and address every aspects of my concerns.  She did not mind taking extra miles helping me to solve my problems.   The process is really smooth and I recieved her instructions timely.    I really need to appreciate Gloria for her professional knowledge and assistance.

Have appointed Benham & Reeves as letting agent of my UK properties. The services provided by the company are very good. Ms Makayla, an excellent staff of B&R, has been very helpful and offered me valuable advice and assistance throughout the course.

I have engaged Benham & Reeves as the letting and management agent for my property since 2018 and I am satisfied with their services in terms of recruiting tenants, as well as following up on various issues related to the property.

We had a fantastic experience working with Meena Yang. She's professional, and truly listened to what we were looking for. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Just bought a flat in uk with the help of Gloria, she is very helpful. A brilliant angel for us

Benham & Reeves is truly the best letting and property management agency I have ever worked with. I feel blessed to have finally found an agency group that doesn’t just claim to offer good service, but genuinely delivers practical, reliable, and consistently excellent service. They are highly experienced and exceptional at matching tenants and landlords, always ensuring both sides feel satisfied and supported. They work with heart, consistently thinking from the perspective of both the tenant and the landlord. For overseas landlords like myself, their full range of services provides real peace of mind. I would especially like to thank Isabella Po of the Hong Kong Team. She is incredibly responsive, professional, and always one step ahead — advising me even before I realise what needs to be done. She is trustworthy, detail‑minded, and makes me completely worry‑free because I know she will keep everything on track and nothing will be missed. As an overseas landlord, I can say with confidence that Benham & Reeves is wonderful, reliable, and truly outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a genuinely good agency. Last but not least, many thanks to Isabella and the Japanese Desk team.
